Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Palms La Union website or booking our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our website or services.
2. Reservations and Payments
* All bookings are subject to availability.
* A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.

* Booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment and confirmation email.
3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Booking Modifications
Cancellations and refunds are not permitted.* All confirmed bookings are considered final and non-refundable.
Guests may *modify their booking within 24 hours from the time the reservation is confirmed*, subject to room availability.
If guests wish to *rebook their reservation after the 24-hour modification period*, a *rebooking fee will apply*:
*₱2,000 per room* for standard room bookings
*₱5,000* for *exclusive property bookings*
Rebooking requests are subject to *room availability and management approval*. Any *rate differences for the new dates* must also be settled.
The new booking date must fall *within the validity period provided by the property*.
For assistance with booking modifications or rebooking requests, guests are encouraged to contact our reservations team at the earliest possible time.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
*Check-in time:* 3:00 PM
*Check-out time:* 12:00 NN
Guests are kindly requested to observe the standard check-in and check-out times to allow our team to properly prepare the rooms for incoming guests.
*Early check-in and late check-out* may be accommodated *subject to availability* and *prior arrangement with management.* Additional charges may apply.
### 5. Guest Responsibilities and Conduct
To ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay for all guests, everyone is expected to observe the following house rules:
* Guests are responsible for their **personal belongings** at all times. Palms La Union shall **not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage** to personal property during the stay.
* Guests must **treat the property, its facilities, staff, and fellow guests with respect** at all times.
* **Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM onwards.** Guests are kindly requested to keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing others.
* **Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior** that may disturb other guests is not permitted, especially during quiet hours.
* Guests are reminded **not to slam or bang doors**, particularly in guest room areas.
* When walking along the **second-floor hallways**, guests are requested to **keep voices low and avoid unnecessary noise**, as there are nearby rooms occupied by other guests.
* Any **damage to rooms, furniture, appliances, or property facilities** caused by guests or their visitors may be **charged accordingly to the registered guest**.
* Guests are expected to **follow all property guidelines and instructions provided by management or staff** for safety and comfort.
Palms La Union reserves the right to **remind guests of these policies or take appropriate action if house rules are not observed**, in order to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
